Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide. Your order will be ready to be sent within 48 hours after we have received your payment on our account.
All EG products are shipped via Polish Post Priority Mail. Delivery takes usually up to 3 business days for Poland, 5-8 business days for Europe and 7-15 business days for rest of the world. Shipping costs per order: Poland 2 EUR, Europe 5 EUR, Africa and North America 6 EUR, South America Asia and Australia 7 EUR . Each additional item cost for Poland 1 EUR, for Europe 4 Euro, for Africa and North America 5 Euro, South America, Asia, Australia 6 Euro.

Privacy & Security

We would like to ensure you that we keep your personal information private and secure. EG will not sell, exchange or give your personal details to any third party. We use Paypal as a transactions service so we never have access to any of your credit card details. If you choose to register on our site while ordering, to make your future orders faster and easier, you will be not sent any information from EG unless you have opted for newsletter. Newsletter will contain information about coming events, new designs, and promotions.

Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. EG site uses Paypal as a safe and secure method of payment. Paypal is an internationally recognized online transaction service which accepts most major credit cards. If you already have an account with PayPal you can pay with the funds you have in your account.

Returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please
contact us within 21 days of receipt of goods and we will refund or
exchange your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed – no exceptions .

Ordering

If you have chosen the item you can add it to the basket and continue shopping or go directly to checkout. There are two possibilities for you: checkout as a Guest or Register. Registered customers can order faster and easier in the future and have easy access to their order history and status.
